Alex specialises in singing covers of songs recorded by the iconic ladies of jazz, such as Ella Fitzgerald, Natalie Cole, Sarah Vaughan, Peggy Lee and more. These songs include numbers from the Great American Song Book, Jazz Standards and easy listening Lounge hits from the 40’s, 50’s and early 60’s.

Paul started playing the guitar at the age of 15. He developed a solo guitar technique inspired by Joe Pass and Martin Taylor, and studied with Brazilian guitar specialist, John Zaradin. Paul’s solo performances are highly virtuosic, imaginative and expressive. Combined with his natural and humorous rapport with his audience, this makes for an enjoyable and entertaining night out.
